Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
Current shipping methods, rates, free-shipping offers, available international destinations, and other delivery information are described in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.
Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or carrier. These charges are not prepaid by Alineh unless expressly stated at checkout and may be the customer's responsibility.
Returns, Refunds & Order Issues
All sales are final, except where otherwise required by applicable law or where we approve a remedy for an eligible order issue.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, preference, fit, or unwanted items.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact alineh@alineh.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

Cancellations & Changes
If you need to request an order cancellation or change, contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate requests before an order is processed or shipped, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.
