Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time. During launches, holidays, or especially busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

U.S. Shipping
Standard shipping within the United States is $6.99.
Orders of $75 or more ship FREE within the United States.

International Shipping
International shipping is available to select destinations. Available shipping methods and rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order.

Delivery times shown by the carrier are estimates and do not include our processing time. International shipments may also experience delays due to customs or circumstances outside of our control.

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or carrier. These charges are not prepaid by Alineh and may be due upon delivery. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs-related charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking
When tracking is available, you’ll receive tracking information once your order ships. Please allow a little time for the carrier to update tracking after your package has been scanned.

Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help before the order ships, but we can’t guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Delays & Delivery Issues
Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines may be affected by weather, customs, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control. If you’re having trouble with your shipment, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
